    • Is it possible to have a ‘successfully submitted’ message or an email that also goes to the submitter that we have received their email in order for them to know that they have successfully submitted their information?
    • Can the fields to be completed be indicated as mandatory?
    • I’ve completed the form, but not receiving anything on my etian@brightblack.co.za email (which is the one you’ve set up for now as far as I recall)

This is set up on the live environment, but we won't be able to test this on staging.

Regarding the first point - a ‘successfully submitted’ message or an email.
When I tested with mine and Rob's emails, there was a success message that appeared on the page below the form after hitting send. The page now reloads and there is no message.

I don't have any screenshots of this before it changed, but there is a place to adjust the success message style in Elementor, but I can't locate where to add a success message.. I see this section but no option for a success message:

There is an option to add Email 2 or redirect, but this may take a bit more time to set up. David Mundell, Developer  at Matogen Digital David Ian Parsons, Head Chef at Matogen Digital Ian  perhaps the on page Success Message is something easier?

Once you select the checkbox for custom message then you will get these options

The default is "The form was sent successfully."
