I also noticed the random stuff coming in and wanted to ask if there is some sort of verification one can add like the codes some sites request you to complete to test that you are human, but let’s see if the spam filters is sufficient.

Then another things, I’ve noticed more than once now that when I go onto BrightBlack website (it did it again just now), it loads the website like in attached screenshot. Why is this happening and can you do something about it?

 I've installed and set up spam protection on Brightblack - please test the form to ensure it still works normally.

There was a plugin for cache and it was minimizing the JavaScript.

We removed it for Arua, but I specifically had the Privacy policy redirected - either way, its not redirected anymore & the client has the new link so we need the new space to work x

 removed the redirect quite soon after implementing it, but there was some weirdness.. which I think has ironed itself out so now there is no redirect in place

Hi all - I'm proofreading content, and for some reason with Yoast active, I couldn't save any updates. I disabled it for now, and will re-enable when I'm done. 

It looks like the same issue as on ARUA - the problem will go away when we move the site to Cloudways

The great news is, I loaded a project super quickly and applied no thinking - just typed and added a picture and it looked great on the front end so think we can sell the solution of using the backend so the output is always checked and accurate as the spreadsheet would be quick but does not cater for a good qa process to ensure spelling etc is right - 

oh damn that is odd. These images are now showing for me 

not sure dave, but when we load impact areas, countries, type of resource etc, each time I come back to the post (as we add things) it has lost the data (arua) 

oh okay maybe that is an issue

This might be the same issue we are experiencing on arua - load stuff and then come back and its gone which is an xneelo issue - not sure if we have raised that yet or if its this but feels the same

and now Yoast is not there. There is a few new plugins installed. I am not sure maybe one of  those might of a caused an issue

 I agree the form situation is not what was promised, so lets see how he feels about the approach - I think the issue might come in when multiple people want to add details and need to be made users, which is also then a step to take.

My concern was when adding a new project which the client will do: that "Set feature image" was not there when I checked earlier:

If you hover over this block or text area it will give you options to replace or remove the image

  found the contact us in junk mail - we'll need to ask the client to mark it as safe like we did with Valleyspring, the stats update works well and is very easy to do without the need for fiddling. I believe loading projects in the backend defeats the purpose of what we sold the client. It is what it is now, but practically sharing a spreadsheet with users is very different to giving people access to the back-end - we can chat to Etian and Ian will know best as the person who originally spoke to the client but I assume that it was practical to share a spreadsheet making loading super simple and not having to worry about getting it right in the backend.

and I met and discussed how to go about that, and we agreed it would be best for Etien and their team to load those details directly in the backend because if someone makes a mistake they can correct it, with a form there's no going back. This will give them flexibility and the option to delete items if needed. This is something we can train them on easily.
– The home page widgets are located under "Solar Installed" in the back end, where they can simple input details and hit update, much like a form.

Yes, this was relating to the quote caption. Originally the quote included who said the quote and their role, but he asked to remove it, the pin tab is now hovering over the Client testimonial because I reduced space quite a bit on that page.

 the low end of the costing I shared came in at R46K. I think if we share it in the same template it will make sense.

I have added the costs but it was never in the 30 - 50 ex vat range so is it fine to send it on - the cost has always been higher than that so I am not sure how to frame this costing? , I think this is great. Might be a bit easier on the client's eyes if we only mention it once that delays on their side will automatically shift out the timeline. Apart from that I think it's good to go :)
