All good, just wanted to check what our options are to present it back to them - they have very little money so when we activate matters - can we shelf it if they need to pause for a bit - the main aim is to be live when they go to the main event next year - that event is more important than the one in November but if we can do both that would be amazing - I am not sure what options we had in this regard so told them we'd give them feedback so they can make a choice - not sure we should set up the account without having this conversation

unfortunately we won't be able to pause Cloudways - or any other hosting - without having to redo a lot of work once we reactivate the account again. this was the suggestion from tech2therescue so we said we'd check what's possible, I think they will go for the cheaper option - can we support in the same way on xneelo?
