 I made a back up of the site and did a search and replace. There seems to be an issue with uploading the database via WP Migrate. I made another backup with "All in one migrate" and tried it that way first to see if we get any issue. I then used the search and replace on WP-Migrate after seeing the backup worked correctly.

Support said we shouldnt be adding mail setting so cloudflare as it can cause issues. I have removed the proxy's and waiting for them to resolve. I am not sure how long that will take. I know these things can take up to 48 hours but sometimes in minutes

  1. removed the address bar on mobile
  2. Made only the navigation sticky
  3. added overlays on the CTAs so copy is more legible 
  4. changed the icons on collabs and reconfigured the spacing a bit
  5. updated all the H1s and H2s to global type style (hope thats ok

 I finished the mobile changes. There was an option in the admin area for me to change direction. That made it very easy to do. I updated the FAQ and I needed some assistance from Ian about taking the site live. I was getting stuck on that. I will get that started now and then add some notes on Anytype.

- Photo gallery (basically a wall of photos from all of their previous events)
- A couple of paragraphs about the Ayélé story

Then we rely heavily on the menu to help people navigate around, and keep the homepage as a showcase of the work they're doing

Ok, I see now. I had a quick look, and the service offering at that price point doesn't seem like what we would need. Other way to look at it is to provide a basic level of service with optional add-ons e.g. Sucuri.

 I will pull the costs together off the tools that Xoliswa found - I know without doing that, it will cost more than Cloudways - one of the tools is USD1000 per year for 5 sites so lets assume we can get 5 clients onboard, that alone costs pp is just under USD17 - more than the offer of USD14 - we are currently able to  offer a discount on this so the cost for Cloudways cost is just under 10 USD - That's one tool so its definitely going to cost more if they go with Xneelo and want maintenance to go with it - it feels like we should steer them to Cloudways as a cheaper future plan with us helping them

I think it's worth it, especially if we know we might not get to launch the whole site with all the intended functionality. They mentioned showing a prototype at the summit on the 13th if all is not in place by then, and it gives them a visual of what to expect. We just need them to decide which kit and from there it's quite easy to get a prototype going :)
