Rohan   I am loading content and need to be able to select more than one impact area. It looks like you have this as a taxonomy on an individual profile but I need to be able to select more than one - please take an urgent look 

Ahh, that works a bit differently.

I build up that list by looking at the Impact Areas for each product that he is involved in. So in short, the Impact Area gets set on the product, not on the person.

Does that make sense? Robyn  

Thanks Rohan  so I set the impact areas at a project level? Is that what you mean ? and that will result in those pulling through to people as well?
