Inspiration:
  • This is the WWF-website that had a great way of showing the impact: https://coastalcommunityledconservation.org/
  • The settings have changed and now you have to log in to see the scaling impact map. I don't know if everybody can sign up. But I've made a screenshot, see attachment.
  • https://commonland.com/ --> Really like how clean and simple this website is and the way they show their impact
  • https://hivos.org/ --> How they show their impact areas
@Karen Morris @Hanan Callejas, feel free to add your suggestions.

Ask:
Preferably we would like to receive your proposal/recommendation for the website for:
  1. Very quick fix of the homepage
  2. More extensive update of the homepage
  3. Update of the website

What would be your advice to do in order to meet our goals for the website? What would approx. be the timeline and budget implications?

Also, I didnt confirm about Rosie, shall we just say we have not included costs for her but if they want to join she needs to let us know?  

And Roule and co must just check if they have capacity and if so, they should let us know if the value is correct

What Rosie said so not sure my statement is going to work - also not sure it adds value for D4D to review our work so its a bit of a tricky one - 

What a positive meeting.
I am not sure I have a role here, mostly listening and watching.
Perhaps we need to discuss whether D4d stays part of the work.
D4d can play a review role, but that would be very small.
Let’s discuss some more.

Robyn, Project Manager at Matogen Digital Robyn  I've updated the copy, so I think this is ready to go. My suggestion is that we get this over to VCA today, while we check in with Ronel and Roulé whether they have capacity. If they don't, then we can assign Laura to this.
