Hi Julie,
Your email DNS settings aren't correctly configured, which means all the emails you send from Artlogic will go to spam. I checked your email Domain with an Artlogic tool and the report said you don't have an SPF record which gives Artlogic permission, and this rule needs updating. This all obviously needs to be done through the gunandrain domain/email accounts. I've attached the support article below.
