  • Looking for diversification of content and would like to introduce some infographics and "How to" content to help educate followers, similar to what Infobip are doing on IG here: https://www.instagram.com/p/CxszMzUO4re/?img_index=1
    • This should be an addition to what we are currently doing, so to not completely change the flow but bolster it.
    • Example of infographic ideas: ensuring you have the correct country code on your mobile numbers
    • The infographic style should take on the styling from the new website banners
  • With the inclusion of the API security content on Social, the content needs a different visual spin. But, not too different. Enough to help followers understand this is different to the communications services currently on offer.
