Last meeting actions for Gikko
- Find out if we can use the InfoBip API to support self-sign-up - Winston
- Can we use the AI capabilities for online training in the future - Winston
- Can you get a resource to support TikTok / Instagram ideas
- A local Zim person to showcase products subtly?
- Example: someone frustrated at a shop unable to pay coz they didn't receive the OTP - Winston
-
James to figure out the client list
- We want to communicate with signed-up clients only - not prospects.
- Rodney to share his working spreadsheet (or a copy of it)
- CRM
- play around with Hubspot and give some thought to the next steps. https://www.forbes.com/advisor/business/crm-implementation/
- It is worth mentioning that the Forbes review has Zoho as the best option for small businesses (in the FAQ section)
- I have used Zoho in the past and it looks great on the tin but has some weird gaps.
- Hubspot is also in the mix and their review of this platform can be found here: https://www.forbes.com/advisor/business/software/hubspot-crm-review/ The biggest con is user licenses for bigger teams which is not super relevant for us.
