Handover email to Hayley

Hi Hayley 

Thanks so much for all the information, greatly appreciated. We are ready to handover with some T's and C's :) 

  • We will require a contract addendum - please let us know if you need anything else from our side for this. 
  • 8 instagram posts are needed for go live - please keep that on your radar. 
  • We have prepared the following test pack https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1RRd4s9UBBpm0C5Mw90I3ShAds2alT5QFUFAE6A2x12I/edit#gid=0 
  • We are not precious about the use of this testing document but we would like to make sure feedback is specific to avoid back and forth. Also, all feedback in one place helps us get to them all. We need a description of the issue, URL /screenshot including the URL and device used 
  • When Testing keep the following in mind: 
  • When you are not logged in, the mobile view is off ; To overcome this issue: use a cache-busting URL, e.g. msi.dev.umn.edu/?123abc
    for every subsequent test, use a new sequence of characters after the ?
    test in an incognito window

  • Events calendar - we have left it as is because we are out of time and the drop down option is not working well from a user experience. It's going to take time to come up with a new way so we can look at this again once you have had a look and if its not a dealbreaker, it can fall into a next phase of work 
  • Dash - we are still struggling to get the salesforce connect so this part is delayed - we reached out to Melissa who is amazing and hopeful to resolve this issue fairly quickly. 
  • Webinars - we added this event category - please share some intro content when you have a moment.
