I figured it out - not to worry, very clunky but it works 

i had a look at others that are working and cannot spot the difference

do we need to add it again or is something wrong 

you need to link it to the company but the company is not coming up in the list 

the document has been created in the documents space 

I have clicked the has documents button

Is there some special magic that needs to happen to get a document to show up

lol - sorry for the spaz typing - slow down Robs haha - I am creating a task for you but we have companies in the mix of that filter that I do not expect so it feels a bit off - task incoming. Hopefully just a cacheing situation vs legacy problemo - Thank you Ian! 

I haven't looked at this yet, no. I suspect it's a caching issue. We can fix it by writing a cron job to regularly update the Facet cache

You lost me on that last sentence Robs :) 

i will create a task but something is way off on this filter - if you gilterr on veevoere / graan it keeps stff like Bester Namibia and BDT which is a seperate company that references graan 

I see I was on the wrong filter the department is not showing all of the peeps

 did you maybe fix something on Bex? My numbers on the personeel filter are different to Linelle's so not sure if its been fixed or if she is in the wrong place / something else
