Q1 Summary - 5 April 2024

Focus and achievements 

  • Brand awareness focus 
  • Social posts & boosting - one month boosted which was successful in getting the Figjam name out there 
  • New social post template & reached 1000 followers (reached this goal during the boost campaign)
  • 2 new case studies loaded (Seedco Zambia and Irvines)
  • Preparing for the 10-year birthday celebration (social media posts at the beginning of every month)
  • Business cards 
  • Delivered quotes for new sales collateral but didn't get feedback on going ahead

January 

Thank you for the quick catch up this morning. It was very helpful, as discussed please find attached two of our most recent case studies. (Seedco Zambia and Irvines)

Our general target markets are 
  1. FMCG
  2. Agricultural 
  3. Pharmaceutical 
Our main target clients for this Quarter in Zim are 
  1. Lobels Bread 
  2. Bakers Inn Bread 
  3. ProBrands Group ( Porbottlers, Profeeds, Prodistribution, Buffalo Breweries)

We will also be exhibiting and presenting at the Zimbabwe Pharmacist Annual Conference -  Q2 

I have also attached the presentations we use to pitch to clients  - these are slightly outdated and need a revamp.
Not sure if you have ever put together any sort of product proposal for us. That would be very useful, something generic we can then tweak to fit a specific client's needs.


February

We will deliver the business cards (next week) but we won't be able to fit in the company profile under the same budget this month - I will quote you on this along with the sales presentation so you can decide if you want to add to your budget or wait for next month. You can expect a quote next week. 

Laura has identified the posts that did well and I have given my opinion on where we can start - we need your thoughts on this next so we can see which posts are ready for boosting. 
Link to posts to boost. We're thinking to start boosting 2 or 3 and see where that lands us - we obviously want to keep the budget in mind so that will be the decider in the end. 

With that in mind, when going through the demo posts, we noticed that the link to the demo's is not updated yet * Lau flagged this a few weeks ago. We need a new calendly link from you to assist with fixing this up - please chat to Dave if you are unsure about this - I think Rhys set those up before. You flagged a couple of other website edits in our meeting one of them being Van Sales coming soon - we found where that was happening and will remove it - it should be a quick one to get right, however, the demo link is much more important and a better use of time especially with you visiting potential clients.  We want to do both but the demo is priority.

  • Pharmaceutical companies that we can target on LinkedIn who will be at the event- your top 5 that you are aspirational to get onboard - Didn't achieve

  • Trim down the campaign list of industries and let us know who we can keep / remove - Didn't achieve 
  • Onboard Dave with our plan to continue boosting and creating awareness - it's early days and would like to keep this going for a few months. Assessing what works and adjusting so we can get the best outcome. - kind of achieved

  • New idea that was not discussed - a case study on one of your pharmaceutical companies - seeing as this is a good vertical for us to explore we should have something like this for new customers to check out - Feedback needed
