I've updated the proposal to reflect a contingency amount of $5,456.00, which is equivalent to about 80 to 90 hours of work. We'll track our contingency spend separately where possible.
Yes, we can build the pages in red and save them as drafts. They will be visible to logged in website admins, but not to website visitors.
